For B.Sc. Catering & Hotel Administration and B.Sc. Culinary Arts & Chef Management, candidates must have passed Class 12 (+2) or an equivalent board examination. Lateral entry into the second year is available for students who have completed a Diploma in Hotel Management.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Graduates in hotel management, hospitality, business administration or related fields are preferred.
